In addition to operating out of Newcastle, MT has the benefit of travelling by train very cheaply as a senior! More savings that can be made by him instead of by moving around by car.
There are many opportunities for MT to conserve what funds we have left as shareholders.
Until such time as he or the BOD have (1) a consummated agreement (2) an operating plant and (3) operating at a profit, he should take a substantial pay cut. We have had promises from him for years and he has used those promises to justify pay increases.
He has a lot of free options and shares, many of which have also been justified through promises.
Now is the time for him to support others who may be able to get a deal signed AND then MT's reward will be (as ours would be) a substantial increase in our share price as a result of output of the technology that has been floundering for years!
