My concern would be that if TSI is now considered a bad deal at the negotiated price and TSN's asset is 25% of TSI, then what is the justification of TSN's 25 million market cap? If 40 million is too much to pay for 75% of TSI, then why is 25 million not too much to pay for 25% of TSI? Because anyone who buys or holds shares in TSN today is effectively saying that 25 million is cheap or the right price for 25% of TSI, yes? (please correct me if I have the wrong figures here for the TSN buyout price).

Tell me why the market cap of TSN shouldn't be about 10 million dollars? ie. 40% of today's market cap, meaning, why aren't the shares now worth .4/.5 of 1 cent rather than 1.3c?

Not wishing to offend anybody, I am merely an interested spectator wondering why the price is staying above 1c at present and wondering why more of you aren't concerned that below 1c is where it will be heading.
