It would in fact be inappropriate to sign any agreement now if you were a Telehealth company or even as RAP. It would set our price in the market and expectations, good for us maybe but a material risk if we didnt get FDA, and why would a Telehealth company make it public they have signed an agreement, if they were public it would be factored into their share price and again if we didnt get FDA it would be a significant risk.
Even if there have been handshakes done, it wouldnt be prudent as a Director to make any statements, and in fact the ASX might refuse to publish it. The chair of Fortesque Metals was charged by ASIC for making claims about a funding arrangement which was not honoured, so any claims that have preconditions such as FDA could be construed very differently by either party ( im sure there are examples the other way too, but as a Director I wouldnt announce it). Once we get FDA, I think all hell will break loose, but until then, sit tight dont let any tree shakers get your shares, and dont panic.
