name change

Can anyone explain the delay in changing the name?

I checked the ASX today and this is the current listed company description - "The Company's vision is to become the leading provider of 'Attentive Media' advertising in high-traffic, indoor retail venues. 'Attentive Media' is a term adopted by the Company to describe an environment where advertising materials are presented to consumers at very close range, for an extended period of time, and in close proximity to the point of purchase, such as shopping centre food courts."

I have been told that the name change will not happen this financial year and is a drawn out process. Anyone know why?

Nevertheless it would surely be beneficial to give potential investors an accurate idea as to what sort of company they are buying into. Can't they just update the asx site. I suppose I wouldn't be so concerned if I hadn't bought in at 7.4 avg!
