I tend to agree with this not being Sentry or Nab. As others have already pointed out the announce terminology suggest another player in the wings... Also alluded to in PC's pod cast. Credit to the board for walking away from an unsatisfactory deal. Particularly if it was around exclusivity, or the duration of any exclusivity clause. Why limit our growth. It shows IAM are not desperate to sign or be bullied.
All that said, I'm still wondering why the Sentry deal hasn't been put to bed.
