OIL JUNIOR TO SPRUIK STOCK THIS WEEK: Directors of Samson Oil and Gas Ltd (ASX code: SSN) will hope to generate renewed interest in their stock this week when managing director Terry Barr presents on Tuesday, May 22, at the Excellence in Upstream Energy Conference at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney. Just to make sure the media and broking types are listening, he's also running a dinner at the Quay Restaurant at the Rocks in the evening. Samson has seen its shares decline over 12 months from a high of 45.5c to a recent low of 18.5c. At 19.5c last week the company carried a market capitalisation of $36.5m.
