My only thing with that is that, if it was just stalled negotiations, they could've requested the voluntary suspension with an update while they went back to the table.
Instead, they announce they pulled the pin on discussions, give no specifics, and open up immediately for the SP to be hammered.
Silly thing to do for 'normal business negotiation' tactics and for investors. There must be a agenda for such a move, or it really is just silly.
It's like they're not a fan of actually de-risking themselves.
