Warnie, I indicated yesterday I would look into this claim.

Having read through the anns, this is what has been reported by IOT:
* S Kantor and his associate (Mr Lipkin) were paid out a sum of $681K, which was a final and total payout.
* All shares and options were cancelled.
* There were no other costs. I can find nothing to support your claim that "also paid out $900,000+ of shareholders money to offload the shares"

I may have missed something. Please post the substantiation for this claim as I would like to have that detail on file.
