In the absence of news, volatility provides opportunity to profit take or accumulate.
Some patient late comers would be quite happy to be buying now rather than the last few weeks.
Profit takers are happy with cash in the bank.
Long term holders are probably set after doing most of their buying sub $2 and ignoring the "noise" and waiting for the milestones to be hit.
