Much better that way than 25% less like last time when the SP was 28-30 cents and dropped down to 25 on the ANN of a CR and 18 was the CR. mark;;; so down it went to that level
Which to a degree lost some creditbility in the way this company was being handled.
And took a while to re-establish itself .
And 7 million options to boot for Fostok at 150% which meant 27 cents exercise price .
And some close to 30 million shares added on .
Venture Capital is the way to go ........
