We do not make a profit of $7 million on revenue of $15 million. We do not have enough info from this announcement to put a value on the company. Of course small caps with rapid growth are not valued on this or next year's profit, but we need a feel for what potential earnings in future years may be. If the Board can put its name to a revenue figure for next year (assuming what in terms of contracts?) then it also has an estimate of costs and profits. We just do not know what they are. We also need info on whether we participate in all BHZQ contracts or just tender and the size of their pipeline in $. What is our relationship and how big is the prize? We are speculating in the dark.
