What your saying is right shady but that's due to a lack of clarity from the company. AHZ has told us what they won't be doing now tell us what you will be doing. That's the least they can do for the people who paid for it.
Sure they can have a few days or weeks but I'm expecting no more half speak. Clear and concise. What do these results mean and if there is a way forward what is it and what are the options. Personally I'd like the professor to come out of the shadows and answer the concerns and questions put to him by share holders in a public forum.
Is that to much to ask?
