Hey Warnie. I had another look at this. As you note IOT only announced this a couple of days ago and say in the ann that it was negotiated and agreed in the mar qtr.

But their annual reports shows that only owned 70% as at 31 dec 2016. So story doesnt seem consistent. Who owned the 30% then if the renogiations happened in mar qtr?
