it's not up to the ACCC to contemplate the repercussions and follow on consequences of their decision.
that is why we have law courts.
that said, it basically means that the ACCC has free reign on it's deliberations, which implies that the decision will go against TLS.
so in all likelihood, the SP upon announcement will plummet as the loss to EBIT will be half a billion dollars a year.
that just means that the divvy cut will have to come sooner .
