    I suspect so.......exactly the same thing happened the last last situation occured. Last placement was at 78c by memory.

    If the largest current shareholder grabs a few more shares then it will be over the 5% limit and would therefore need to be disclosed. The top 20 share ownership will move to around 20-25%.
