it would be interesting to compare what we were told previously, wrt to the engineering and capacity of Pune, plus the timing aspects?
LWP:
"This report now facilitates the completion of the conceptual engineering design for the Pune plant upgrade, another important step in the plant’s future commissioning."
ASX:
"Further, the report was only commissioned in the last two months and Mr Zapletal’s shareholding was 0.65% as at the time of commissioning"
So why is LWP only now getting a technical report on the capacity of Pune, when they told us years ago, what Pune could produce. Why have they been claiming Pune costs would be $xxx when they had not even had a technical review by experts? Who told them what the plant could produce, and what the costs would be? Exactly how much will this new project configuration cost? What did the report actually say about the quality and suitability of the plant provided by Hallmark??
What were s/h told and on what basis, when LWP had not even done a technical review to support the claims made to s/h, when s/h were asked to approve various matters? I am unclear.
So now with the Technical report completed, LWP only now starts to look at a "conceptual engineering design"?
Shouldn't this have been done prior to LWP ever agreeing to the Hallmark deal in the first place?
Is it a conceptual design for a plant to produce 15,000 tonnes or is it 20,000 tonnes - ie did we ever do a report for the claimed 20,000 tonnes, or was that just a LWP guess-timate?
