    Yes they don't have to until the acquisition, but after that they will have to disclose as if it is their company... just because the day to day operations aren't by QBL doesn't mean MCL won't have to report their actions...

    Furthermore.. if they had this license do you think they would not report when they reported that a platn had grown 3 leaves instead of 2?
