    Must admit, I'm confused by what is going on now.

    So BGH has met ZER's stipulation on stepping back from the 'final' SAR offer? Does that mean that we will be selling our shares at ZER's offer price (3.8 something cents)?

    Or is there going to be an improved offer from one/both parties?
