ACCC will usually favour a mega corp but still was a 50/50 decision.
This little win or big win of about $550million per year could be just enough to change the boards minds on whether or not to cut the dividend. Lets say if this went against TLS was likely with the NBN issues the dividend would have been trimmed imo.
