Correct. This is why it is now looking like a takeover of EMC by RWL (as the premium is favouring EMC). However as the the preferred final investment vehicle was as ASX listed company, a merger has taken place to keep listed on the ASX.
Will need to do some sums over the weekend to work get its new valuation (before the analysts get on board).
