Just looking back at the last cap raising, VCR traded about 10% above the issue price of 78c for a period of about 4 weeks before breaking down when the whole ASX went pear shaped. Still find it strange they are doing it at this time when the concesus was they had enough cash at least until November. Maybe the few US investor presentations they have done have gone down better than expected...
