    A mate of a mate works at ABN Amro. They are running the placement. Just over $20m being placed to some O/s Intos. VCR have enough cash from the last placement to see them through to next year but they weren't going to say "no" when they were approached by a a large foreign fund. Recent roadshows obviously bringing some investors out of the woods
