Hi pmac083 - not quite sure what your reasoning is for your opinion - care to expand to explain or offer some background to your thinking?

I am the first to admit I could be wrong about BLR - I have been about others in the past, I also acknowledge that there is no such thing as a certainty but I cannot see how you would draw the conclusion you have, based on the evidence available??

Hope you can respond - be most grateful for a well reasoned/argued contrarian view??
