That is the question that i asked on other thread... apparently the reply that i had is that with this licence it mean that they already have their location (land) and the permit ready to build the facility. Can anyone confirmed this?
Its going to take many more months if they still have to get council approval to build the facility depending on the setbacks from local etc etc...
