BOMs deal with Buffalo is that Buffalo gets 44% of BOM, and consideration is that BOM issues 25 million shares plus 5 million options and Buffalo gets 2 seats on the Board. It will take time to digest this, however the recent spike will subdue as the meeting and vote pass (either positively or negatively).
But this shows that YRR is in the box seat. It holds the key tenements and drilling will start soon and more announcements will come, I am sure of that. Don't think that mgt is sitting on their hands, far from it. YRR will be taken notice of and everyone will want this one. Remember, GPN holds >69% and the rest are listed securities, meaning tight register etc.
