Wait wait.
There are two ways to do you tax for share trading, treating it as income or treating it as a capital gain. I treat mine as a capital gain, and so it is seperate from income tax. My capital capital gains are taxed at 30% percent, after the 50% tax incentive if I've held for 12 months.
