I moved to Canada only a few years ago mate, I know that it was banned in Australia but that doesn't mean that it will have higher margins?

People will buy food that is healthy (yes) but also well priced, if a box of hemp cereal is going to cost $12 and a box of quinoa cereal is $8 I can bet which one most health people will choose.

The fact the crop has a higher yield is why I feel the margins will be lower (per unit) also, because competitive growers will all try and lower their product price to entice buyers, especially with a new food that people haven't tried.

I think that Hemp foods will be a great new industry, I just think that you're slightly underestimating the landscape and how fast products will come to shelves, not just from Australia but overseas also. Currently there is a large vacuum of consumers wanting to buy and not being able to, that will attract sellers IMO.

Your throwaway comment at the end isn't logical or very nice. I can't comment unless I invest? I can't share an opinion unless I have money riding on the outcome? I think what you're looking for is a love-fest of only holders to reassure you about your investment, that's a waste of time. If you aren't sure of your investment, then you need to do more research, more numbers and figure out why not. Don't blame people who post opposing opinions.
