According to the quarterly and assuming no 3M for the moment:
Cash in hand:1.1M
Cash flow: none (in neg overall)
Exploration / Evaluation next qtr: 1M
Director Payments for qtr: 348,000
How much longer do you think the company could have continued without some kind of CR? Also, do you think the salaries are suitable for a company of this size? They earn more than the prime minister (507K if you're interested!).
Secondly, given the focus of the company is still mining, how can you be so sure the 3M is for BCC. I'm suggesting, as did CMY, thay the funds are for general operations.
And you never got back to me on why the mining board went on a trip to the US when they specifically set up Capital Cannabis to be fully independent and do that work? Is the cannabis division necessary at this stage?
I honestly hope this deal goes through for you guys - but geez, the cheer leading, backslapping and insane ramping in here is like nothing I've ever seen.
