Dines will not reccomend any stock that doesn 't have a listing of some sort in North Amercia.
Even if it is the pink sheets, the lowest of the low over there, is good enough.
ACAP, WMT, and SMM, had at least a pink sheet listing.
PDN is on the TSX of course.
Most of his subscribers are in North America, and Dines wants a local listing of some sort for them to buy.
Just my opinion.
