I'm not that into the financials to tell you. All I know is a mega corp is being able to still behave like a mega corp and have full control of its old monopoly of infrastructure.
Predicting a medium term rally to $4.80/ $4.90 imo. Maybe a sideways trend for a couple of years with retained dividend.
$4 will be the bottom for at least two year, page-8
