    Why are you making so much of WTG discussing with SGH a number of other matters including NIHL cases? What makes you think this is good news for SGH? My guess is that the other matters they're talking about include AG's woeful failure to manage the integration properly and then trying to blame others for the inept post acquisition performance. WTG might be explaining that they have a hundred examples of SGH failing to address important issues quickly enough or at all. As WTG are the ones who issued the statement and have said they will totally refute the claim (if it is ever formally made). It's hardly likely their statement that 'other matters' are being discussed too means they're worried. Rather the opposite in fact

    No-one with any sense buys into your conspiracy theories - they're silly and show that you're clutching at straws - as are SGH with their desperate claim they haven't backed up in the 7 months they've had to do so since they served notice - nearly 18 months after the S&P agreement was signed and two years now since 'D Day' - the 'D' standing for Disaster.
