Many of the Selling Orders would be Falsies,because presently the Directors are in their Buying Window which exists for One Month after the 3rd Qtr. Report, according to A.S.X. Rules.
To Me, it looks like someone has been trying to Accumulate RBM at up to 15 Cents during the last Week or so.
All in All ; Dirty Tactics. Be patient.
