You have every right as a shareholder to ask any questions you want. Without being outright nasty you need to ask and see how they respond. In the past they have been good but they need to be held account able for the last few stuff ups. If I still hold I will go to the Perth show they had a big bouncer last time but I reckon I could take him out.
