With all due respect Grant, and I know this isn't the appropriate forum, but GWB and TB did strike back fairly hatd and fast. Trouble is they struck at the wrong target. OBL is the clear and present danger here. If the resources devoted to Iraq had been applied to capturing or killing OBL there's a fair chance they'd have succeeded. When, not if, a mushroom cloud rises over a major US city, part of the failure to prevent it will come down to GWB's personal obsession with Saddam Hussain.
