The fate of embattled listed HR technology company 1-Page is all but sealed, with about 60 per cent of proxy votes cast indicating shareholders are strongly in favour of removing co-founder and former chief executive Joanna Riley from the board and adopting Andrew Chapman's vision to disband the company.
The Australian Financial Review understands that more than 76 per cent of votes cast so far have been in favour of removing Ms Riley from the company, while less than 25 per cent of shareholders have voted to remove the other board members, including Merchant Funds Management's Mr Chapman and chairman John Fennelly."
