I figured out how it will be impossible for the vulture funds or post recap holders to lose;

1) Debt holders trade some D4E and dilute shareholders to a SP of $0.001
2) $0.001 is the lowest possible SP on the ASX so it can't go down but only up
3) After company is finally making money a 1000:1 consolidation takes place
4) say the SP has risen to $0.005 and then a 1000:1 consolidation becomes $5 per share.

Can anyone poke any holes in my winning strategy???
