The update is disgraceful and it really calls into question the competency of the mgmt team. 2mths ago a status update was provided to instos and reconfirmed guidance. Today, the public get a downgrade. The result is now half the expected ebitda and a ebit loss (prior guidance = profit).

Its pretty clear a downgrade was on the cards. The SP has halved. Could of tossed a coin for either a CR or downgrade.

Shocking. Its going to take yrs to rebuild credibility in the stock.
