Do pls recall an old Chinese (I think) saying "Be very careful what you wish for". Being a long term holder in CTP, I clearly recall how your last effort at spilling the board turned out. Which is not what you had planned for.
But on another issue, let us examine the chronology of one Dalton Hallgren (DH).
1. Sometime in 2011, DH was hired by JH and posted on ASX in fairly glowing terms.
2. 26 march 2012 (all subsequent dates 2012), JH employment as MD terminated, DH currently Chief Operating Officer) appointed Acting CEO.
3. 15 may, ASX notice of intention to appoint RC as CEO and Director.
4. 5 june, RC confirmed as CEO, DH returns to COO with Company expressing appreciation for efforts.
5. 25 june, JH removed as Director, RC appointed Director, by shareholder vote at GM
6. 17 september, Annual report, DH listed in Key Management Personnel as COO.
7. 29 october, notice of AGM in Brisbane.
All of these dates refer to announcements on the ASX.
I am not sure exactly when DH was eventually sprung, much later maybe 2014 to 2016, but it is very clear from this analysis that JH had nothing whatsoever to do with initiating any investigation into the criminal activities of DH.
It always helps to verify one's facts before publishing.

As a separate issue, for those shareholders who by reason of being relatively recent, if one wished to acquaint oneself with the circumstances and happenings around the time of the dismissal of JH by the board, google " 2014 WASC 311 " without the " and the full judgement by J. le Miere may be seen. It is somewhat more informative than several throwaway lines.

I post this simply as an index for those interested in the full published history of our company. It is for the readers to form their own conclusions.
For the record I have not finally decided how to vote in this SoA, but certainly have inclinations in parallel with psi.
