Need some info on share market as I'm new, page-15

Appreciate the reply. I understand what options are, and the reasons behind the revenue raise. As you've intimated through your use of quotation marks ("sophisticated investors"), there seems to be some derision/ speculation on what the processes are around acquiring the soon to be released shares. I'm not expecting to be gifted a heap of shares at half the market place, I was purely popping the question to the wider HC community on whether there is any clarification on the processes behind acquiring the allotment of shares.

Is there any clarification available? Other than the extremely vague "sophisticated investors" common in company announcements.
