I would have used the word obviously instead. I am not so sure that they are obliviously believing anything at all. Are they that much out of touch? Or are they selectively tap dancing around the issues that have caused the Sp fall into oblivion?

Had KAI reported the issues at MtYork before this CR we would be raising from a higher price and therefore facing much less dilution. Is that slow enough for you mus? Or are you obliviously sweeping over this like you say KAI have when it comes to reporting to market?
Yes untill they report those MtYork issues it is nothing more than "speculation" on your part to state that they are "obliviously believing that they have nothing to report.

If KAI management are that far out of touch with the market that they are oblivious to what they should be reporting to keep a share holder or potential share holder informed of ownership rights or other important issues then what the heck are they doing in charge? To not be open and honest with the market never ends well at this end of the market. Most investors will not invest in a Company no matter what end of the market if they can not TRUST them or if they are obliviously incompetent.
