I am sorry I satrted this thing rolling - I do use ignore and have a list of the usual suspects in place, most would know who they are - those with glaring ulterior motives or repetitively post rubbish or a couple who have a nasty streak to their opinions. This one slipped through the cracks and so I did report the one particularly offensive post IMO but no action was taken.

I don't have a problem with anyone bagging management shortcomings if it is legit, I have done so myslf a couple of times. I do have a problem when it becomes personal, in any circumstances, and particularly when it crosses the line into using crude language, hence the brain snap on my part.

So thanks for the kind words, I will give it some thought. I mainly do this as a sort of hobby. a means of providing some mentoring about tools and techniques to the inexperienced with the intent of helping them to avoid some of the market pitfalls.
