Ann: ResAppDx to be Formally Evaluated by Doctors Without Borders, page-50

We might be getting a bit off topic here guys.

* MSF have finally agreed to associate their name with Resapp, which is great conformation that they like the feedback they have been getting from their doctors so far.  ie Doctors have concluded it would be useful and want to run a trial.  Fantastic.
* A clinical study by MSF cant be a bad thing.  MSF is an organisation of doctors.  Every doctor is aware of what MSF is doing, they are their own peer group. Again good conformation.
* The more data Resap gets the more the algorithm learns.  
* The time and logistical effort saved to obtain this data that MSF will collect for Resapp is invaluable.
* I suspect there is little to no cost to Resapp
* Trading halt arguments are at the margins.
* This will not be for free.  Eventually, if successful, there will be some commercial deal done with organisations like MSF.  I suspect it wont be at profit gouging rates but all diagnostic tests done by humanitarian groups cost money.

By the way, it looks like MSF are moving fast.  A quick google search on Resapp + MSF shows that they are already getting a consultant in place in India to run the trial.
