I mean why do we need a PFS updated why wasnt the PFS prepared up to date considering it was late.
The fact that not a single trade has occurred even with this standard news is concerning.
The most concerning aspect is the expenses in their cashflow report.
Quaterly cost of corporate admin cost at $263 ooo, is begs the questions where are they spending the money.
Per quater this cost is huge it probably contains directors fees but that a lot of money for useless people.
Staff cost is only at 63 k given the fact the phones are never manned.
Like I said looks like manangement tried using as their own person piggy bank while working on AJM.
Now when it came to CR there trying to do magic tricks just no one is buying into it.
My prediction from non management shareholders they will probably raise between 65k to 150k max.
The rest will need to be underwritten.
