HEG - Hill End Gold Limited (‘the Company’) advises that it has issued 326 million ordinary shares at 0.2 cents per share and 860 million unlisted options an exercise price of $0.003 per share and which will lapse at 5.00pm, (Sydney time) on 30 July 2020 with the approval of shareholders at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held 28 March 2017.
