Well put. Data = value, when it comes to monetization or buy out, the more accurate the better. What made Google better than bing? More, better quality data. Google don't charge for their search, they use data to create value from attention alone.

Think about accumulative advantage and how it applies to this company, the more data RAP have, the bigger lead they have over any competitors who may want to enter in the future. The goal right now is to make the biggest net, get the most data, every cough makes the algorithm better, give it a couple of years with deals like this and any competitor won't bother making their own tech, they will either license or buyout, both great news for us.

The risks are the same with any spec stock, delays and dilution, which are 12+ months off at this stage.
