Charts are never "wrong" as such. They are simply there. (I know you know this ;-) )
Charts show history right up to now and can show trends, support, resistance and various patterns that imply some outcomes are more likely than others. The problems occur if you can't look at the data with an unbiased eye. If you only have a hammer then everything looks like a nail LOL
I spose if you stick to one view point, eventually you will be right?
