The BOD who are the only beneficiaries of free shares and shareholders funds (higher wages as a result of not getting the share grab last yr) are happily hiding behind confidentiality clauses but P&G is a public listed company and you'd think if they respect their partners then they'd understand little OBJ needs to report some Dollar numbers to Shareholders.
This BOD is to soft because they benefit either way.
I now do not believe one single performance right should be issued until a share price hurdle has been met.
That would be no less than 0.15c.
The BOD should come forward and amend the milestones now or there will be major trouble by the large shareholders and it worked last time.
Shareholders measure of success is the share price ......I don't care about the board or management believing they have done well as it's all in the share price whether they have succeeded or not.
