They are clearly opportunistic, why wouldn't you be. If it is a crappy offer hold out. They will extend it as long as they can, maybe up the offer. Ive been through this before, on your side and it ended up positive for me.. its simple economics. The offer will only succeed if the finances stack up. Until then chill..
