I believe there was 10 million shares issued on the TSX back in 2010. I'm not certain, but think shares can move (journal over) between the TSX and ASX, as this is the case for inter-listed stocks between the TSX and NYSE.
And on that note, ORL is up 6% and hit 3.69 at mid-day.
