Sorry that's completely wrong, when someone be it a broker/fund or individual wants to accumulate a position they create a shakeout and cause a sell off in a stock to scare off interest and allow them to soak up shares over a period of time between certain price levels without causing the share price to push up. I know because I've seen it done many many times, it's also one of Wykoffs oldest theory methods of the stockmarket and it's happened here with RMX.
The games on the sell side props and then props on the buy side, the bot is back as well if you see some of the parcels being bought up and also sold down and likely the same person buying and selling to themselves trying to tease out more supply.
Agree not every stock is manipulated all the time, but RMX has been since the sell off below 3c which there was no legitimate cause for such sell off and that shakeout worked perfectly for the orchestrator, dropped to 2.3 and allowed plenty of soaking at 2.5-2.7 and still being accumulated at 2.7 and has scared off retailers from buying until they see further confidence/volume, which is exactly how these shakeouts work and the retailer ends up buying later on when the pro-trader that's been accumulating is selling off to them.
